In February, the Master Basic starts with Antonio Pelliccia, an excellent speaker expert in marketing and health management, a topic often neglected in dentistry and in orthodontics. The know how along with important clues made the presentation more than interesting! The following key points – said Pelliccia – can make the difference: to create the correct expectations, to manage the emotions, to provide the adeguate organization and aboveall to listen in order to give the right and tailor made answers to our patient.
